I have just a few ideas...first, Testosterone often helps woman achieve orgasm

and causes the orgasmic response to be much stronger. do you know what your T

level is? Using T has sent my sex drive and ability to achieve orgasm thru the

roof.

the other thought is that the anal orgasm you are able to have may have

something to do with your physiology....nerves which go to the clitoris or

vagina may extend around your anal area. Look first at Wikipedia..type in orgasm

or anal orgasm in women..there is a lot of info about this subject there.

sorry I don't know more about this.

With the skin quality you have noticed with additional estrogen, I have the same

response to estrogen..my skin lifts and looks great in no time when I use E.

> A few months ago I was finally able to add estrogen to my routine (only low

dose progesterone before that for 4 years without any aversive effects.) I am

menstruating regularly, but noticed in the last year or so that my skin started

getting thinner/dryer which is why I tried the estrogen again (I tried before

but ended up severely anxious and not able to sleep- my life during ovulation

was difficult always throughout my adult life.) This time however (after my est

day 12 blood test, for the first time showed slide to ~ 270 - from ~400 it was

before), oh miracle, it took- I feel great, and my skin/appearance started

improving. One problem though that my hormone regiment did not improve so far is

the reduced ability to orgasm vaginally. I always could orgasm anally- and that

remains. But I would really like to be a bit more normal and be able to orgasm

vaginally easily. My question is- does estrogen applied topically to the skin

elsewhere actually reach vagina? I hear about direct vaginal applications- can

those be added to my already existing regiment (that is satisfactory in all ways

but this)? I'd like to do as much research as possible before I go to see my

(very agreeable) doctor. Please, let me know what you know- and direct me to

where I can read on the topic. Thank you in advance!

Thank u .My test levels (blood) are in a high normal range, so that rules out the deficiency. I used to be more or less normal, and the anal thing was an 'extra', and now it's the predominant way. I think the ability to orgasm normally declined first sharply after a childbirth- I had vaginal tears and then got a Nitrogen ablation to heal them (done in Russia when I was visiting and my mother's friend, gynecologist, did it to speed up recovery so she could insert an UID while I was still there.)Still, I had more feeling down there after the procedure that started diminishing just a few years ago. I have a very healthy libido- it's not that I don't want sex, in fact, I want it all the time, it's that I can't get satisfaction in a normal way- while actually craving it, so that's very frustrating. I started doing daily vaginal workouts a few days ago. They say it takes 2 weeks to see the results. Also, I read about using jade egg exercises to help bring the sensitivity back. I never used any vibrator but I feel that there's some sort of scar tissue that's in the way...VikiTo: rhythmicliving From: Astrodiana@...Date: Sat, 21 Jul 2012 15:15:05 +0000Subject: Re: Vaginal route

Yes - childbirth with episiotomies or tears around the vagina can cause big

trouble in the orgasm department. the nerves were most likely affected.
