Don and Suzi,

Thanks so much for your support and words of wisdom. You do not know

how much they mean to me. I have been voicing my issues with my

boyfriend, only to hear " then eat.. " , when what I needed was " you can

do this, there are reasons you're doing this and it'll be

better...you're tough " . Sometimes we all just need a bit of that.

I had not even thought that detoxifying would cause emotional/mental

stress at all. I had totally discounted it and only 'planned' for

the physical aspects of it. I have been sitting here feeling weak

minded and just wondering who to ask about it. (Basically feeling

like a big baby!!) So thanks. Being hit at work with many mistakes

I've made (I've only been on the job 3 months now after 6 years of

college) probably didn't help matters.

I was not aware that citrus was a powerful detoxifyer. We just

figured we'd use citrus because we both love the fruits and it's easy

to drink (as in tastes lovely). And yes Don, Daunting is exactly

what the first one is like.

I am finding no hunger issues which I found odd. My stomach really

hasnt been growling and I have not been actually physically hungry.

I am also wondering what we could take to help our intestines and

bowels move smoothly. (Besides the prune juice and super tonic)

I think I'll run myself a bath this evening (Prior to the Redsox

World Series game however ;)) and do a little relaxing.

I very much appreciate the support in my daunting task fo getting

myself and my family into better health.

love and light,

Hi ,

You are quite correct, we all need encouragement from time to time. You

are a whole person, as in wholistic. What ever affects your body will

affect your mind and emotions and vice versa.

Yes citrus is wonderfully tasty but you gotta be careful cleansing with

it cause it works really quickly. Well, anyway, now you know and you

will be better prepared next time, mentally, emotionally and physically.

;-)

You'll make it. Peace be with you .
