Pediatric Phlebotiist - Marin Co San Francisco Area

We have a friend who will be signing up for Dr G - can anybody on the list

recommend a good pediatric phlebotomist in the Marin Co or San Francisco

area?

Hi-

I can't recommend that area, but in general most people can go to the lab at

their Children's hospital and have labs done there, where everyone does children

all day.  But I've gone to Quest and LabCorp, just called in advance to ask who

is best with kids, and haven't had a bad stick yet.  The only bad one ever was

at a doc--in-a-box and I threw her out of the room after the 2nd try, which

wasn't soon enough.

I found it easier to go thru Children's hospital but you technically had to have

a local pediatrician initially order them, which mine did, then they would send

the lab results to the pediatrician and they would send it to Goldberg.  My ped

wasn't all that supportive but they still did the orders for me.
