Guest guest
I work with the rare ID doc who treats chronic lyme. His trio mainstays in non-pregnant patients are Omnicef, Azith, and Minocin, pulsed. Adjust accordingly for pregnancy/stage of pregancy (certainly amox.). Is my only choice for treating a nursing mother for Lyme Amoxicillin? My research seems to suggest it is the only choice but double checking with other amazing minds on this site. -- Anne Walch, MHS, PA-CHealing Path Integrative Medicinewww.hpimed.com
Guest guest
But most people do not have chronic Lyme. They have acute Lyme and 3 weeks of a single antibiotic treats well.
