Guest guest
Bridget Yes, It takes time to get the NK cell % up but with each increase I have seen a cooresponding decrease in behaviors and an increase in cognative thought processes and increases in language. Guest guest
They are a tablet, I just went and tasted one and they have no real strong flavor. Not bitter like most meds. Guest guest
Hi Lori~  We don't crush up our Immunovir, we CUT it up with a pill cutter then feed it to our son. Yeah, it takes a little more time, but that way we KNOW our little guy got the Immunovir (especially, since they aren't giving that stuff away!!!). However, for lunch and afternoon Immunovir, we crush it up (since it is a lesser amount) and mix it with our son's compounded Famvir. I know Dr. G. prefers to NOT compound, since that just adds more " stuff " to the child. But, we have get the Famvir with no sugar and no dyes.  I hope this helps a little!!  Have a good one!  ~ -ED     From: Briffa SeventySeven <briffa77 (DOT) com <mailto:briffa77% 40> > Subject: Autism and Imunovir groups (DOT) com <mailto:% 40groups. com> Date: Wednesday, March 3, 2010, 6:29 PM Hello, I have a question for parents/caregivers who's children are taking Imunovir: Have you seen any reduction in autistic symptoms? Guest guest
If your kid is about 2 1/2 yrs old or more, he may be old enough to be taught to swallow pills. Most 3 yr olds can if their language is sufficient to understand seeing a picture of the esophagus to the tummy (you can draw it yourself), and explain that they can 'float' a pill down to their tummy and not have to taste the yucky stuff.  You also show them doing it yourself. The little ones can do it far easier than we usually expect.  HTH  ________________________________ From: ERIKA DYAN YU <erikadyan71@...> Sent: Thu, March 4, 2010 1:08:40 PM Subject: RE: Autism and Imunovir  Hi Lori~  We don't crush up our Immunovir, we CUT it up with a pill cutter then feed it to our son.
