Die off or something else with Immuneovir?

Hi Listmates

We are 10 days into treating Shaked with Immunovir. There have been a few

interesting positive things, language and awareness wise, but it's too early to

say if it's a trend. He is also complaining of stomache ache, is not feeling

hungry or eating well, and has been uncommonly tearful and unhappy. We are not

sure if he is experiencing die off or getting ill?

Anyone have similar experiences?
