Guest guest
Hello Friends, I have a friend who is pregnant and just recently found out. She is already experiencing morning sickenss and I reccommended fresh ginger tea to settle her queasiness. She said she is currently taking Astralagus and wondered if she should stop taking it now that she's pregnant. anyone have anything to say on this topic? She also has problems with her Thyroid (not sure if it is hyper or hypo...i do know that she is often puffy or swollen). I'm going to ask her to join the list, but in the meantime, any suggestions? As for her thyroid she should use the fomentation of previously posted, it will help her thyroid no matter which way it is going. 3 Parts mullein and 1 part lobelia. and convey my congratulations to the new mother to be. Peace be with you . -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
