It's a good question... We recently had my sons first neuropsych and got a dx of aspergers & ADHD; we had another done as part of a study because the first one did not include the ADOS and ADI-R and that team of psychologists said that the aspergers overrides the ADHD since it includes the same symptoms (and more, of course).
