Hi again ,

Enemas are a wonderful way to cleanse your colon and they are pretty

cheap compared to colonics. You can either use an enema bag or go whole

hog and purchase a Colema board and kit. Either way will work. Just make

sure you research and educate yourself on the proper method of doing

enemas before you jump in there. I believe that the best way to do an

enema, at least for me, is to fast one day before, drinking lots of

water and then drinking some prune juice or something to make sure I am

cleaned out. Then I can normally do the enema with very little

discomfort. There are all kinds of herbs and such that you can use in

your enemas too depending on what you wish to accomplish. Basically,

just water works really well with maybe a dash of lemon added.
