Guest guest
Ron-If I remember correctly, there should be a backup folder in you palm Folder on your desktop. I think you do a restore usingThat folder. When I migrated to a treo and then iPhone, I found aWay to export the calendar, contacts to google, then thoseSynced with the new device. I exported all my memosTo Evernote and access that online or throughTheir device specific app. Hope that helps. L. Thank you for your cooperation. I know Palm is old technology, but I have had so much data and applications on my Palm TX that I have not wanted to or taken the time to transfer it to a more uptodate format (was unsuccessful at synching/tranferingv calendar+ contacts to my windows smart phone). But now, since a dog knocked me off bike and I damaged my TX, I have had to do something. I bought a used TX on Ebay, figuring I could easily synch with my backed up Palm TX desktop and be off and running. The contacts transferred but calendar did not ?? Can someone help? Many thanks
Guest guest
Thanks . Actually, I found a way closer to home: export the calendar file to an external folder on desktop from Palm Desktop,, then import that file back to the new device, then synch. It worked. Thanks, Ron Ron-If I remember correctly, there should be a backup folder in you palm Folder on your desktop. I think you do a restore usingThat folder.
