Thanks Jill

I saw this earlier this week but what is more interesting is that CFS and Autism

are gaining common interest. Dr Yasko who has done some amazing work on Autism

and has now publish a clinical trail on CFS using her Autism based hypotheses.

Look at the attached. What is important about this work is we can get an analogy

between CFS and Autism we can double or triple the number of Doc's and/or

Researchers that are looking at/treating these kids.

So interesting...I'm CFS and my son is ASD.... But I keep hearing conflicting

statements about XMRV. Some people say that it doesn't exist, some people talk

about it like it definitely exists. Was somebody able to isolate it,

differentiate it from any other virus, and get some sort of images through a

microscope, or other laboratory means, showing proof of how this virus is

completely new (that is, unknown until now?)

If anybody can tell me where to find a research article I'd appreciate it.

Thanks,

Bridget

PS I did, however, see in a newspaper (NY Times? Not sure..) that Cornell

University had an add looking to hire a post doctorate to research XMRV. Anybody

else hear about that?

Here is the institute that found XMRV:

http://www.wpinstitute.org/xmrv/index.html. That page has the link to the XMRV

paper published in “Science†last fall.

Hey Bill,

This is an exciting time for autism and CFS. I know that sounds horrible but I

meant to say that were are now seeing some progress in . I did not get the

attachment that you sent. Can you email it to me privately and/or post it to the

website?

All the best,

Jill
