Guest guest
Hi all! I am new to this board and happy to have found it. I have already put a file about myself in so I don't want to bore everyone with details here but I would love to join the New Years challenge! I have been doing Tae Bo for 2-1/2 years now but have really fallen off the eating healthy wagon. so all of my Tae Bo efforts have taken a back seat --- I guess what i need is to get my " mo-toe " (instead of mojo) back for eating healthy so my efforts with working out are worth it! I normally work out 5 days a week but this week I ended up not doing anything as my kids were sick with the flu. So now I totally feel like a loser!! So any inspiration you can provide I totally welcome!!!! Have a great Friday! Michele

Guest guest
Thanks for the support! I indeed got back into it today...eating well and did the Total Body Fat Blaster with the resistence bands. WOW! It is amazing how quickly I lost some muscle. But I will keep at it ! Thanks again! Michele:) > hi michele! welcome to the group. awwww, you are not a loser!! > i hope that everyone is feeling well now. if so, you can get back > on track now. forget about the time off and focus on getting > yourself going again. > :*carolyn. >
Guest guest
Michele, You definately have the right attitude! Take it one step at a time and you will be back it in no time. I just did my first amped workout and man I loved it. I love the bar. I think it actually helped keep my arms and shoulders where they should be. I think I am going to rotate some of the older ones with some of the newer ones. The older ones seems to be a little better lower body workout than some of the newer dvds. Guest guest
- Welcome to the group. I started Tae Bo about 3 years ago and have definitely had my ups and downs with staying on track. I am on track now and the encouragement from this group really helps. If you have any questions let us know and keep kickin'. You'll be back in the swing in no time. As a mother of 4, I can relate to the backseat approach when my family is ill. Hang in there and keep us updated on your progress. Good luck!!!!
