Guest guest
Robyn, What allergy meds are you using? We have only been snow free for 2 1/2 weeks here but the spring flowers and weeds are already growing. I can see the changes in my boys already and they need something. Does anybody use benedryl? Thank you , Jill
Guest guest
Benadryl, or diphenhydramine, is a class 1 H1 antihistamine. Class 2 H1 antihistamines were created to alleviate the drowsy symptoms associated with medicines like Benadryl. This class includes things like Claritin (Loratidine). If your child is old enough to chew a small tablet, Singulair is a great option because it is a leukotrine inhibitor and works wekk against allergies. Whichever you decide on, it is imperative to make it a habot of taking it everyday; otherwise, it is not too effectie. , LPN > > Robyn, > > What allergy meds are you using? Guest guest
Thank you . I appreciate your feedback. I had no idea that you have to take it everyday. I will speak to the nurse at the neurologist office to make sure that it will not conflict with his lamictal and Keppra.
