New Years' Challenge

Here again is the info on the challenge, I set it up so that the reminders are every Sunday and forgot to send a reminder yesterday so here it is today!I forgot to include 's Monthly Challenge, so I updated the reminders with that.

For the n00bs--I post 's Monthly Challenge and Words of Wisdom for those who aren't in the club. You're not required to do it but it's an option. You can do them as an add on (i.e. a short cardio and then the challenge) or do the challenge in place of a regular workout. You can do it once a week or if it's simple enough 2-3 times a week. And some you can break up and just do throughout the week as some may take an hour or more.

*100 Workouts*Abs 1x a week*Strength 2-3x a week*Water--at least 64 ounces*9 Servings Fruits & Veggies*Reduce Junk Food Eating*'s Monthly Challenge

*25 push ups 2-4 times a week (can be on knees or military style) This is NOT a contest so don't worry about not finishing all the workouts. Feel free to post progress, issues, questions.

I really like living in the " high rent district " and I bet if you just take yourself in hand and tell yourself you are going to do it and like it (or else), you'll end up loving the benefits so much that eventually you couldn't imagine not working out.

I've spent enough time in the ghetto...I wanna live out the rest of my days on Park Place!
