Guest guest
hi Kirsty of course allgeries and intolerances are very different, that was not my point. i was only trying to make people aware, that IGG intolerances are just as important as IGE, ok you do not get that immediate life threatening result, but over time if left unchecked like in myself, because i have absolutely no th2, natural killer cells left, i have already had cancer, due to the fact that my body cannot defend itself. so yes IGG are very important in the longer term, as it will deplete your immune systems ability to defend itself against nasties. i am not in anyway taking away the immediate issues that IGE foods do, yes the can be extremely life threating, no doubt about that. but IGG intolerances seem to get very overlooked, as there is no immediate response, therefore people and some Doctors dont recognise or put together that IGG foods can cause asthma, etc. since being of IGG foods i have not used my asthma medication in 4 years, and have not had one asthma attack, bronchitis, phuenomina or any other sort of chest infection. thats was my immune system response to IGG foods ; nids From: knardini@... Guest guest
The test was not specific for anything or any food. It read high in subclasses *1* and *3*. The report reads like this: IgA L 32 mg/dL (this was much lower around 12, but we brought it up) IgM 59 mg/dL IgG Total/REF 1360mg/dL IgG Sub 1 REF H975mg/dL IgG Sub 2 REF 110mg/dL IgG Sub 3 REF H118.0mg/.. IgG Sub 4 REF *11.3mg/dL (not sure why this has an asterik before #) > > > > > > > > > > > > >I have a calm boy!!!!! Thanks to removing casein....omg....I saw an instant improvement. Guest guest
I know when I had a reaction (anaphylactic) to environmental mold, they were looking at my IgE because the doctor remarked about it. > > > > > > > > > > > > >I have a calm boy!!!!! Guest guest
, It hit me this morning that I have read articles (that I can¹t find now) about cow¹s milk creating a shift in the immune system. Maybe can help us out (she¹s remembers everything!). So you could well be right about the milk causing immune problems (but I think they will probably not have caused ALL of his immune problems). I know that there are studies showing a connection between global cow¹s milk consumption and MS (maps showing the correlation). Creepy. I know of someone who went to either Mayo or s-Hopkins for MS and they changed her diet and she says she feels like she doesn¹t even have it anymore. I¹m not sure what they changed about her diet, though. So I¹m saying that the cow¹s milk can push a body the wrong direction. Caroline G. Guest guest
Hello all, I am a lurker on this board. My son is not following the protocol with Dr . G. But a similar one with another physician. But I stay on the boards, to learn from all of you genius moms and dads. But I had to chime in on this one. One of my sons Drs. is giving a lecture on this very subject this weekend at the LIA Conference (Lyme induced Autism). I viewed his PowerPoint presentation and it also talks about the consumption of mass produced meat (chicken, beef, & pork) filled with hormones, GMO feed, and antibiotics also contributing to the disregulated immune function. He also shows the link between the consumption of these foods and the connection between superbugs. I would google Dr. Watkinson and look for his presentstion sometime next week or wait until it is posted on the LIA Foundations website. Very interesting and scary stuff he is presenting. It is quite eye opening. Hope this helps. Guest guest
Hi Kelley, Thanks so much! When reading ³The Autoimmune Epidemic² by Donna Nakazawa, it just blew me away how there are so many factors (and the majority did not exist 100 years ago) that can push an immune system awry. I hope you¹ll share a link to the presentation with us if you find one. Caroline Hello all, I am a lurker on this board. My son is not following the protocol with Dr . G.
