Sorry . I think it was Kristy's post. I read one email and see multiple

responses and get confused. Oy. I do not even have ME/CFS but I do have some

brain fog symptoms.

Bananas should not be out because they are an excellent natural source of

potassium. Since you responded to my post, I was looking and wondering... .I do
