I recently saw a new workout dvd at a bookstore. It was called the 10

year anniversary edition of Tae Bo. Has anyone tried it? Just

wondering how good it is.

Technically it's not new, it's been out a while. It's just a new package for the Ultimate Tae Bo (not to be confused with the older 4 set Ultimate/Best of Tae Bo) and they included the Turbo Charged Fat Burner workout to it.

But the Ultimate Tae Bo is a 90 minute pure cardio workout, he gives you a chance after 60 minutes to bow out. I really like it, it's a ton of fun!

hi! this dvd contains 2 workouts... one is 'ultimate taebo'

which is a 90 minute cardio kickboxing workout. the other

workout is 'turbo charged fat burner' which 23 mins long and part

of the 'amped' set and therefore uses the amplifier bar (so it

is more of a cardio+sculpt workout). half the class uses the

bar and half doesnt, so it is ok if you dont have one. i have

the dvd but havent done it yet :( ive heard good things about

'ultimate taebo' though.

here are some reviews:

also collagevideo sells the 'ultimate taebo' workout on its

own... read reviews and watch a clip here:
