Guest guest
I recently saw a new workout dvd at a bookstore. It was called the 10 year anniversary edition of Tae Bo. Has anyone tried it? Just wondering how good it is.
Guest guest
Technically it's not new, it's been out a while. It's just a new package for the Ultimate Tae Bo (not to be confused with the older 4 set Ultimate/Best of Tae Bo) and they included the Turbo Charged Fat Burner workout to it. But the Ultimate Tae Bo is a 90 minute pure cardio workout, he gives you a chance after 60 minutes to bow out. I really like it, it's a ton of fun! I recently saw a new workout dvd at a bookstore. It was called the 10 year anniversary edition of Tae Bo. Has anyone tried it? Just wondering how good it is. As Deb has said: " Fitness is a journey and it begins with the first step.
