Previously we had restricted all dairy products from 's diet.  We have

recently reintroduced goats milk products.  We were making our own yogourt and

keffir, but have found that Trader Joes has a great selection of goats mile,

cheeses and yogourt.  If you have a Trader Joes nearby check it out.  We try to

eat a lot of protein and vegtables, with minimal starches and some fruit.  We

made buffalo liver and onins and while the kids did not love it, thay ate it. 

Liver is great for kids with low blood iron levels.  Collards, kale and other

greens are also good.
