We were making our own yogourt and keffir, but have found that Trader Joes has a great selection of goats mile, cheeses and yogourt. If you have a Trader Joes nearby check it out. We try to eat a lot of protein and vegtables, with minimal starches and some fruit. We made buffalo liver and onins and while the kids did not love it, thay ate it.
