Guest guest
Tae Bo definitely works. When I started I used the "get ripped" series. I lost 12 lbs in the first week. I did 45" per night and drank a lot, I mean a lot , of water in between and I watched what I ate as well. This may or may not be typical results but I have been hooked on Tae Bo ever since. I have lost all of the baby weight after 4 children with Tae Bo and the amped series is really starting to show some toning results now. I've been using it 4 times a week for about a month now. It definitely works. Hope this helps. Re: hello > > hey guys i'm new to this tae bo craze. Guest guest
The question is not whether Tae Bo Works but wether one puts in the energy to make it work. If one performs the workouts on a regular basis ie at least 3 times a week, one will certainly see results. But there are no miracle cures – start with it and keep it up, it’s not something to do for a few months but basically for the rest of your active life.
