*100 Workouts*Abs 1x a week*Strength 2-3x a week*Water--at least 64 ounces*9 Servings Fruits & Veggies*Reduce Junk Food Eating*'s Monthly Challenge*25 push ups 2-4 times a week (can be on knees or military style) This is NOT a contest so don't worry about not finishing all the workouts. Feel free to post progress, issues, questions.
