Guest guest
I would definately recommend a instructional tape or find out if the amped series has some kind of instruction dvd with it that you can review. It really is important to have good form and don't push yourself and try to do too much too soon. Go at your pace and don't be afraid to stop and walk it out when is still going. Get a drink a water or walk it out, but just keep moving. I would say that will some results 2-4 weeks. It all depends on how often you are doing the dvds and your eating habits. I saw things start to change within a couple of weeks. The better you get the more you will get out of it. I believe if you have a good base in Tae Bo the more you will like it and help make you successful with it. And once you build you confidence up you can challenge yourself to do more and more and know how to push yourself the right way and not to over do it. I love this exercise and have had a lot of fun with this program. I have been doing this since the original videos came out and think I have every video or dvd he's ever made or pretty close to it. He is an amazing man and humble man that has been given a gift that he is sharing with the world! Enjoy it and have some fun with it! > > > hey guys i'm new to this tae bo craze.
