Guest guest
Welcome ! :)Yes I'm doing it just received it the other week. I'm really liking it. The warm up & cool down aren't very long so some may not like that & may feel the need to do their own. The workouts vary about 30-34 minutes. At 50% of the workout finished, a little alert comes up then again at 75%, 85% & 95%. There are a few new moves. I love the shortness of these & being able to have quickie workouts or add on if you choose whether with another one from the set or another workout. Or for those who do splits, could easily do that as well. Gymmie in TexasGymmie's Adventures BlogTwitter “Think about Corey. Right at the finish line and his body gave up after one mile. The higher the rent, the better the " house " I live in. I really like living in the " high rent district " and I bet if you just take yourself in hand and tell yourself you are going to do it and like it (or else), you'll end up loving the benefits so much that eventually you couldn't imagine not working out. I've spent enough time in the ghetto...I wanna live out the rest of my days on Park Place!
