A call to give by Blanks | Dec 1, 2008It's the time of year to get into the spirit of

giving. We've heard the saying that giving is better than receiving,

but how many of us know it to be true? When you give, something happens

to the recipient on the inside: A fire is lit and warmth is felt. The

person feels loved, wanted, appreciated - and that is so important. What

is equally as neat is the feeling you get when you give. Everything the

person to whom you gave feels, is magnified inside of you as well. For

this month's challenge, give in the spirit of the holiday season:A handmade gift to a relativeA homemade meal to a homeless personYour time at a shelterAn extra hug to your kids

A call to a friendA special treat to your pet (from the dog bakery, perhaps!)An unwrapped toy to a child in need A donation to your favorite charityA foot massage to your spouse

Gymmie in Texaswww.myspace.com/nascartaebogymmieExercise is the rent I pay for a healthy body. The higher the rent, the better the " house " I live in. I really like living in the " high rent district " and I bet if you just take yourself in hand and tell yourself you are going to do it and like it (or else), you'll end up loving the benefits so much that eventually you couldn't imagine not working out.

I've spent enough time in the ghetto...I wanna live out the rest of my days on Park Place!
