Guest guest Posted May 14, 2008 Report Share Posted May 14, 2008 I already sent you my ideas using the heavy bag, weights, full body contact 60 min alternating the heavy bag and punching in the air (total intense, interval cardio), circuit training (weights and heavy bag)…I also would love if uses the shield and show moves where we do them at full speed (e.g., knee smash using the shield, others can modify if they don't have a shield)..I also want to see an all upper and lower body workouts…These workouts can be 's BEST….
