Guest guest
Kate: I heard the Gov said he could execute the right to secede months ago. I'm wondering what it will do with us trying to move. I guess I better move sooner than later! I'm not sure if that is what she meant either. I thought it was geared toward TX not allowing kids to go without vax. Guest guest
It was 2003 Texas (with testimony from parents of the vaccine injured) passed the personal exemption from vaccines. But still MOST schools and their mouth pieces (media) still terrorize the public with NO SHOTS NO SCHOOL. Our small town newspaper did have exemption information this time due to a new Superintendant who wanted it in there. That didn't stop the Head Nurse of the Schools from calling those with exemptions and intimidating us/them to get the mandatory vaccines or else! NO SCHOOL! She didn't mention the exemption to my daughter but once confronted about it, changed her tune a little. Though Tristan was given a Medical exemption from our beloved doctor now deceased, in 2003, he didn't word it quite right to suit Nurse Ratchet, (not her real name). She told me on the phone it said: Due to vaccine reactions and a life long condition, Tristan will not have immunizations at this time. She said at this time made it null and void now when he is due for a state mandated vaccine. My daughter reminded her that we have personal exemptions now in Texas and that she had requested a form that hadn't arrived yet, but was also going to take him to a new doctor and hopefully get a medical exemption. In our 13 years of dealing with Doctors for Tristan, none of them surprised me more than the new female physician that has taken over our previous doctor's practice. She asked me how I wanted it worded! Upon receiving the exemption tonight, Nurse Ratchet asked, so does this mean you will do this every year. I told her (she was playing dumb) no, that is a life long exemption. See there. She said that is what gives her pause. I told her after reviewing his chart and seeing that he had several reactions to vaccines and that is why the doctors stopped doing them she wrote a medical exemption for the rest of his life. I couldn't believe that she still was giving us a hard time. She even looked at it closely and said WHO is the doctor, and I wonder if she can complain to " someone " about the fact this doctor wrote it. Anyway, though Texas passed the law giving us choice in this area, most Texas do not even know it is an option. C.

He also by executive order mandated Gardisal (Mereck political donor) which was quickly reversed after a very loud outrage. Guest guest
I lived there because my father was stationed at Fort Sam Houston while getting his Masters at Trinity(??) I also remember that I loved there Magnolia trees.. My grandfather used to smoke a pipe and I even remember that the first time I saw the Alamo it was because he was buying tobacco for his pipe and the store was in that vicinity.. I also remember trying to take a nap and how hot it was.. We did not have AC since this was back in the mid 1950's.. One other thing that was cool was there were alleys between the back yards and that is where the garbage trucks would go to pick up garbage.. I have a lot of pretty distinct memories although I was 5 when we left there.. : ) Tom In a message dated 11/3/2009 7:38:47 P.M. Guest guest
Both actually, but most likely you are dealing with allergies. The pollen count is a lot of areas is off the charts. For allergies, Dr. G likes RX nasal sprays and allergy meds, such as Zyrtec and Claritin, if they're tolerated. He also likes Nasalcrom, which is over the counter.
