Guest guest
Carole We were on Valtrex for a while before Dr G at too low a dosage. We were switched to Famir and did not have a good experience but looking back it was probably more likely diet than the anti viral. We switched to Acyclovir and the viral tiers went down and stayed down. We went through Die-off on all of the changes including when we started Imunivor about 18 moths ago. The die-off from Acyclovir was significant but that was because it was the most most effective. Looking back when we had fluctuating viral counts was always when we were not on the money with the diet. When you cause an immune trigger - food or environmental - you lessen the effectiveness of the antiviral and the HHV6 counts shoot back up every time. Feel free to call me if you would like. Dr. says his T-cell count is still extremely low so swiching to this antiviral. We are having PANDAS like symptoms now. Reading old post I see most of you children have had really bad die off. My question is how are your children doing now? These post were dated last yr. Are they still on this antiviral? I know Bill K mentioned his son is doing better so good to hear this. We really need something to work. Thanks Carole
Guest guest
Our experience mirrors yours, Bill. Greg, and I tried Valtrex and Famvir. The viral count would come down initially and then shoot back up. This didn't happen with the Acyclovir. I believe that taking it more frequently might be one of the keys to its success. There's a constant supply in the body. All the best, Robyn ________________________________ From: Bill klimas <klimas_bill@...> Sent: Sun, April 25, 2010 5:13:46 PM Subject: Re: Acyclovir & results Carole We were on Valtrex for a while before Dr G at too low a dosage.
