Guest guest
Thank you very much Lena Kindly Marie To: lymestrategies ; Lyme_and_Rife <Lyme_and_Rife > Sent: Monday, May 14, 2012 4:16 PMSubject: A Salt source Hi Marc, Jim, and everyone, You know that I'm always looking for way to cut costs. After buying pricey CMC 1g salt tabs years back, I began making my own salt capsules, going from first Guardian of Eden Himalayan Salt to Swanson's (Dr. Barbara Hendel's Himalayan Crystal salt, in 2.2oz jars. I've used Swanson's for a long time, and love their jars for after-use. Their shipping was reasonable too. Someone in the group mentioned SFSALT.COM, and I ordered 2, 10lb bags. It's called Sherpa Pink, a natural Himalayan Gourmet salt, and it's way less expensive. It just arrived and it looks and tastes indentical to the Swanson's! A 2.2lb jar of Swanson's is $19.99. A 10 lb. vac. bag of San Francisco Salt Company was $29.99. Shipping last week, was free! It comes in several grinds and Iordered the x-fine. Glad I did, as it's little more coarse than Swanson's. Just thought you'd like to know that so far, it seems to have been a good deal. My pill boxes were already loaded for the next 34 days so it'll be a while before I can observe its effects, but I'm optimistic. ( I have no affiliation with this company, BTW, just a bargain hunter) Be well, Léna
Guest guest
, I recently started using CS eye drops & this is my experience: it took me a long time to work up to actually doing this because I was so fearful, but hearing how Lena has been using it helped to movivate me. The first night I put 1 drop in my bad eye & instantly the eyeball felt like it went completely dry & all I could feel were like all kinds of particles moving around up under my top lid. I panicked but it subsided quickly & actually felt better after that. The next night I put 1 drop in each eye & the same thing happened to the bad eye (but not as severe) & the good eye only burned briefly but no particles moving around. But then the next couple of days my bad eye was really irritated & extra blurry & I really became concerned. I called my dr. & she said that the feeling up under my lid was from the spirochetes being killed & that I was saving my eyesight by using the CS. But since I was concerned about my really blurry & irritated eye, she said to only put in the 1 drop every 3 days, then if ok, every 2 days, until the stuff cleared out & then every day. She said some people even use it twice a day. I'm still on 1 drop every 3 days & it's calming down so I will go up to every 2 days after tonight. I've had extreme irritation & inflammation in my 1 eye for a decade if not longer. No eye doctor has been able to tell me why other than blepharitis or just inflammation. I've always been able to read clearly without glasses until maybe a year ago I started having trouble with my right eye. They told me I had a cataract starting up & I thought that was the reason. But after about 3 follow-up visits, the eye dr said the cataract was so small that I wouldn't need surgery for a long time. That was when I sort of knew it had to be Lyme that was destroying my vision. So I took a leap of faith & started using CS & can only hope & pray that it will help. So do not be deterred if you have more irritation initially, just back off til it calms down & hopefully it will work out for you. Good luck. Guest guest
does anyone know if cs can be used after cataract surgery. my mom's having lots of dry, irritated eyes, like me, and she is afraid to use it as she has had both eyes done. one was really bad. she is having lots of trouble with that eye also. she's had it checked and they say it is fine, butttt, you know how drs are. she has used c.s. orally but not in the eyes. i have used it in my eyes at p.m. and then put coconuts oil on this lash area to help with the dryness and it really helps. mine have been really red all around the lids and under, and the c.s seems to be lessening that. i too, have that 'gritty' feeling after i put it in, but it goes away. it works barb , I use Argentyn 23 bio-active silver hydrosol. I don't know if Swanson carries it, I didn't check. Guest guest
Hi J, If you ordered MMS, you can also use it in the eyes... http://www.genesis2forum.org/index.php?option=com_content & view=article & id=55:eff\ ective-uses-of-sacraments & catid=34:healing-methodologies & Itemid=63 >>>§ MMS as Eye drops For conjunctivitis or other eye infections, put 4 drops of activated MMS in a half cup of water. It should be purified or distilled water. Using an eye dropper, put one or two drops in the affected eye or eyes. Blink a few times to be sure the liquid penetrates into the eye thoroughly and use a second drop if needed. Do this 4 or 5 times a day until the eye is well.<<< Take care, Jim > > hi lena,> here i am back at home. wondered about salt that people are taking. > is there a reason lyme people should need more salt. i had strictly > eschewed salt in the past and now i notice when i eat salty food, i > feel stronger.> > the eye question i had (and believe me i know everyone on here is just > sharing their experience!) was with the CS, can any brand be used and > should it be a certain concentration? can i just put a drop of it > > from the bottle into my eye? is the msm for pain? if so, i think > i'll just try the plain CS since i'm not having much pain.> > thanks, Lena!> > > > -> >
Guest guest
jim, reading the link on mms use you gave to brian j. it says mix acid with mms, wait 20 sec. add dmso 'preferably after the mms has been activated and diluted.' i add my dmso after 20 sec. and before dilution, then wait 3 min. then add water. which is correct????Protocol 1000 " + " DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) is a healing agent in its own right, having many uses combating inflammation, aiding with circulation, prevention of damage to tissues, etc. It is a natural partner to the use of MMS/chlorine dioxide in the body, as it carries whatever is in solution with it through the skin and cell membranes. With Protocol 1000+, add 1 drop of DMSO for each activated drop of MMS to your oral doses, preferably after the MMS has been activated and diluted. This would also apply to the variation Protocol 2000+ with DMSO added drop for drop with the MMS1. by the way, read the email about 'twisted people cartoons'. i had been looking on the internet for local org. chickens, and also contacting our grower for beef and lamb for this fall, so was in the 'farm animal meat' mind set. when i read those i laughed until i cried. i just reduced the benzo and was struggling this morning with tears, discouragement, etc., so these cartoons really helped. i forward a lot of what you send and get many good comments back. people are really enjoying them. keep it up. thank you. barbaraOn Wed, May 16, 2012 at 5:14 PM, wrote: Come again ???? Guest guest
LOL! Colloidal Silver, when made in a CS generator (Silver Puppy is one of those- google it) is really a mixture of colloidal silver and electronically isolated silver, which is actually superior to just CS. Guest guest
Hi, I am a little bite late , May I get the adress where to buy the hymlaya lat please I thought I woul dfind in these ost beu tit is gone, Thank you Marie To: Lyme_and_Rife Sent: Monday, May 14, 2012 5:09 PMSubject: Re: A Salt source Hi , First, S & C is a wonderful protocol for killing Lyme and there's a whole lot of very good info at: lymestrategies I strongly suggest you join that group, then go to 'links' in the left-hand sidebar, then scroll down to #.006 which is a thumbnail of the whole protocol, proven to work very well if followed carefully. The salt used is not table salt: that has earned its reputation for being unhealthy. Sea salt, especially Himalayan salt, is an entirely different substance. It's used in conjunction with Vit. C. They're meant to work together to create a hostile, lethal environment for Lyme pathogens and they do not encyst the spirochetes or cause them to mutate and grow stronger like antibiotics do. I've been doing S & C for several years and attribute my 90% recovery after 45+ years of chronic Lyme to that and to Rife. I can't imagine where I'd be without it. As for CS, it's similar to what is put in the eyes of newborns, and for the same reason, as it kills bacteria. In Europe it's used to wipe down surfaces in hospitals. I recently read that silver-plating door hardware in hospitals could seriously reduce MRSA and other pathogens. Also, the 'silver spoon' placed in the mouth of rich babies born centuries ago, was about warding off contagion. I generate my own CS with a Silver Puppy, but I think any brand you can find (at considerably higher cost) in a health food store would serve as well. A little goes a long way. I'd tried so many different OTC and prescription drops for chronic dry eye with very little improvement. Some had perservatives (not great) and some had to be discarded within a short time to avoid contamination. I began to drop in CS, a few drops in each eye before bed-time and noticed ai could read longer and not wake up with painful eyes in the night. When i have irritated eyes, I do it several times a day. I've never heard of anyone getting blurry eyes from doing this except in someone's recent post. Don't know what that's about, unless there are dead pathogens causing it. But it's unlikely that one drop in the eye would do that. Actually, I suppose it could, as one drop would kill some pathogens but not lave the eye and help it clear the debris. (Just speculating, not an ophthamologist; this isn't advice, just personal experience and observation) MSM isn't really for the pain, so much as for making living cells more accessible for absorbing nutrients and detoxing waste materials. I got the idea of adding MSM powder to CS after buying some MSM eye drops online. They worked well but when I ran out, I didn't want to spend a bunch more money on a monthly basis. My mix worked just as well for me. The beauty of CS is that it discourages contamination (I also rinse strawberries and other produce with it to extend freshness) and if you make your own, it's so cheap to replace if you accidentally touch your eye, lids, or face with the dropper. I think starting with just CS is a good idea. Each person is different and must approach conservatively and observe carefully. Be well, Léna hi lena, here i am back at home. wondered about salt that people are taking. is there a reason lyme people should need more salt. i had strictly eschewed salt in the past and now i notice when i eat salty food, i feel stronger. the eye question i had (and believe me i know everyone on here is just sharing their experience!) was with the CS, can any brand be used and should it be a certain concentration? can i just put a drop of it from the bottle into my eye? is the msm for pain? if so, i think i'll just try the plain CS since i'm not having much pain. thanks, Lena! -
Guest guest
Hi Marie,I've been very happy with the Himalayan Salt that Swanson's sells, but the San Francisco Salt Company (SFBSC.COM) sells 10# bags (it looks and tastes just like the Swanson's for quite a lot less. It came with a certificate of authenticity. Be sure to order the x-fine, (I was afraid it might be too powdery) as it's still a bit more coarse than Swanson's.Be well,Léna Hi, I am a little bite late , May I get the adress where to buy the hymlaya lat please I thought I woul dfind in these ost beu tit is gone, Thank you Marie To: Lyme_and_Rife Sent: Monday, May 14, 2012 5:09 PMSubject: Re: A Salt source Hi , First, S & C is a wonderful protocol for killing Lyme and there's a whole lot of very good info at: lymestrategies I strongly suggest you join that group, then go to 'links' in the left-hand sidebar, then scroll down to #.006 which is a thumbnail of the whole protocol, proven to work very well if followed carefully.
