Thank you Natasa for this. Have you posted this on ME/CFS phoenix rising? I am

busy facebooking this and sending it other groups. . I have no help for my

kids at the moment so I am trying to do both at the same time. Oy! I wish this

was posted earlier when my kids were still in school.
