Hi, Xiao.

How is your son doing? Any mental clearing or any new improvements? I hope you

are both doing well.

Dear all,

My son started to scratch his body after on Valtrex a few days. This is third

week and his die off still continues and his chest seems itchier. I saw a few

scratched scars on his chest. I didn't see rashes on where he scratches.

I wondered if it is a side effect from Valtrex or something else. Does anyone

have the same experience?

Thank you,

Xiao

I had this problem all the time before starting the protocol. It was worse

during die off (btw, my husband's die off lasted 21 days). There are never any

visible rashes....just a maddening itch that won't go away no matter what you

put on it. For me, I really believe that certain foods cause it. Garlic seems to

be a trigger for me. Benadryl at night helps me if it gets too bad.

HTH,

Robyn
