Guest guest
Hi Shauna, The only supplement I've heard others sometimes take with Lugol's iodine or Iodoral is selenium. And as for salt, well some salt is " iodized " and this is what the government says we should consume to get our RDA of iodine... Most doctors believe the RDA of 150 mcg is waaaaaaaaaay to low and this kind of salt is not healthy... Sea salt in moderate levels is healthy.. Two current day pioneers in the use of Lugol's are Dr. Guy Abraham, MD and Dr. Brownstein... Dr. B recommends Selenium 100 - 200 mcg daily. No other supps does he mention.. I believe both recommend taking Lugol's between 12.5 and 50 mg daily.. http://www.mbschachter.com/iodine.htm http://lugolsiodinesolution.com/drbrownsteiniodine.htm An excellent read is " Iodine, why you need it " by Dr. Brownstein... I have it and it is excellent. https://www.drbrownstein.com/bookstore_Iodine.php Take care, Jim > > > ** > > > > > > Thanks so much everyone!!! > > > > Jim, > > > > I read on here about DLPA for pain relief and have the parts of it here > > (next time will just buy the DLPA supplement), but haven't been using it > > because I bought it just before my coil machine arrived and I try to only > > start one new thing at a time. > > > > However, now that I'm more acquainted with herxes, is it ok to take the > > DLPA and rife at the same time?
