As a recent bachelor, I can give some advice here. First off, if you want to do this and eat reasonably well you will have to spend a bit of money, but health is the most important thing and you are what you eat so they say. It is also much easier (possible) if there is a high quality supermarket near you. There are lots of high quality premade frozen organic foods, pizzas, fries (olive oil), burritos, ravioli, garden burgers. I always keep hard boiled local eggs, in case I get home starving. they are also good with pasta and make a salad a meal. I rock smooties for breakfast so I dont overdo eggs (and all cereal is crap), adding hemp powder, ground flax, organic frozen fruit and bananas, unsweetened almond and coconut milks. If you are feeling spendy still, lox (wild) og cream cheese and sprouted grain bagels is a great and quick lunch. bean tacos go incredably quickly and are healthy too. alvocados pack a lot of good calories too. Hope you

feel better soon, Cameron.

I've been drinking green smoothies for several months now. I make up a blender full in the morning and use it for two meals a day. The money I don't spend on processed foods is spent on quality greens and fruits. I believe I'm getting more quality with less quantity. It's easier to digest also, allowing my body to work on other things. I have no "proof" just beliefs based on my experience. Caution; It's a learning process that requires time to develop an "acquired taste" and the high speed blenders

that are recommend (but not necessary) will cost the better part of $500. If you think I'm nuts you should meet some of the other members of my green smoothie support group. ; } To: "Lyme_and_Rife " <Lyme_and_Rife > Sent: Monday, May 28, 2012 10:54 PM Subject: Re: Re: OT: being tired

SparkPeople.com is an outstanding web site that has support for just about anyone interested in nutrition and exercise. It's free to join and you can pick and choose your interests and involvement. I've not gotten any spam as a result but they do have ads to support the site. You can join "Spark Teams" that interest you by doing a key word search. I did a search of Lyme

Disease and about 2 dozen groups came up, related to several chronic illnesses, pain, inflammation and more. A search of Lyme will bring up two teams. The focus is on healthy eating and not medical treatment. Spark Teams can be found under the Community tab.The site has a lot to offer and can be overwhelming if you aren't sure what you want. I've been a member of SparkPeople for many years and only use a small portion of what is available. If I can be of further assistance I'll be happy to share what I know from my limited experience.I

hope you find this helpful and I look forward to maybe seeing you in the Green Smoothie team.peacefz To: "Lyme_and_Rife " <Lyme_and_Rife > Sent: Thursday, May 31, 2012 9:55 AM Subject: Re: Re: OT: being tired and

Hi Fred ,

Too bed myhusband had one of theses blender and he gave the rong one ot a girlfreidn of our when we moved . Now I cannot afford it until further notice . It frustrate me each time I think of it . Do you eat only smoothys? I might ease your way for sure if so . I did not think of this it comes so handy , being French we are attached to cooked food and variety, however it is a very good idea as to reimplace for us one meal a day or more for a while when a long big tyreness shows up . I am getting somewhat better thanks God . Still all theses ideas were grate and I plan to rethink our food planning throught all theses grates ideas our forum Lymme familly gave me .

There was a sell of this blender at cosco so I asked the seller a copy of the recipy he had with him . They uses very tasty one for the sale needles to say . Now I have it .

Thank you Fred I appreciate your sharing.
