Guest guest
Since I am using the coil every day, usually twice a day, I have some level of ongoing herx going on. For detox I currently do CE twice daily, sauna 40 min twice daily, take glutathione and NAC by injection, take NAC, taurine, glycine, and RLA orally, and use the binders activated charcoal, chitosan, and occasionally cholestyramine. Yes binders can cause constipation, so I take extra vitamin C and magnesium when needed help with that. I also take some other things to support my body systems. Sherry > > thanks, sherry. i did order some of the glucomannan but haven't taken it yet. some people on here were saying it constipated them. llmd suggested phosphatidyl choline. i also have red root. someone here was saying it was a good cleanser. what do you take for detox? > > >

Guest guest
Hi , Glucomannan actually should help reduce constipation.. http://www.ehow.com/about_6466387_konjac-extract-powder_.html >>>WebMD points out that as a supplement, glucomannan absorbs water to form a bulky fiber, treating constipation.<<<<< Take care, Jim > > > > hi everyone, > > i did an emem treatment on Friday and the next day my knee pain and stiffness flared up badly and continues. I just hit the 2 month mark of being off antibiotics. didn't know whether this flare up was because the lyme was coming out of cysts or this was a herx from the treatment. i also exercized more strenuously that day than i had in 2 months. any ideas? another question...why do we herx from rifing when it is not supposed to leave anything to detox from? > > thanks, karen > > >
