Hi Marie et al,

here's another easy, wholesome, low-calorie soup:

1 1/2 C chopped cabbage

1/2 C " green beans

2/3 C " carrots

1/2 C " onion

1/2 C diced Zucchini

2-3 cloves chopped garlic

1T tomato paste

optional: sweet potato or a jar of baby food sweet potatoes

celery

1/2 tsp. basil

1/4 tsp. oregano

1/4 tsp. salt

3 C veg. or chicken broth

Spray deep skillet with olive oil or spread with VCO

Sauté veg.s

Add broth, then herbs

boil, reduce and simmer until beans are tender.
