You can get it at Trader Joe's along with goat mile and sliced cheese.  If not

try your local organic market/health food store.  TJ's is the best and cheapest

however.

Hi Kristy,

Before we went to Dr. G we had my son on the SCD (and kind of GAPS) diet. Since

seeing him, we have just been following his rules. We have been using a lot of

goat milk, goat cheese, and goat yogurt... cutting out the soy that I was using.

Maybe cutting the soy is helping. I hear thats a big allergen. He has the 2

slices of wonder bread a day and that has made him so happy! to be able to have

a real PB & J and even rice crispies in the morning. we try to do all organic

though besides those with meat, vegetables and fruit. The kid is so hungry its

hard to fill him up.

Where do you get goat yogurt? I started looking for this the past several weeks

(not too well, lacking time) but can you get this at Trader Joe's? I can not

find it in the major grocery stores here in Ohio.

Thank you,

Jill
