Guest guest
Hi Lena, I have had allergic reactions to xylitol and do not trust it. Eventually I learned it is often derived from corn, which explains my problem. Many people have no trouble with xylitol though. But if you're adding fibre, a tablespoon is quite a bit to add all at once. Why don't you try reducing it to a teaspoon? Khaya > > Hi Folks, > I always do one new thing at a time, for good reason. Guest guest
Xylitol (and other alcohol sugars as well) is impossible to digest for many and can create massive intestinal discomfort! I can hardly tolerate the small amount in a piece of chewing gum. In combination with the chia meal, it could be even worse. Ellen Non S & C OT:Mila (chia meal) and xylitol effects: HELP! Guest guest
Hi Kindly Marie,You could be right about the yeast from the chia! It bubbles up my kefir smoothie very quickly. I'll step up my CS and maybe my COT for a few days, decrease the chia, and stop the xylitol. Then I'll pay closer attention, after this moon has passed.Meanwhile, I hope this finds you your sweetie and your cat feeling better. I continue to send you Reiki at night, most nights.Be well,Léna Hi Lena , you made me laught ! I have such a kind of thing each tim I touch the yeasts each time I touch the gut in any way .
