Guest guest
I was suggested this but do not know much about it. > > > > Our 10 year old has been on Valtrex for 55 days. Two days ago, he began to have exteme panic/anxiety attacks. He started saying " no fish! " and ran from one thing to another. He'd want a movie, then when we put it on, he'd run out and want computer. We'd get then on for him, then he'd run to something else...never really staying with anything for even a minute. This started in the afternoon, and by bedtime he was extrememly scared and agitated. He was up running like this until 2 a.m. when he finally fell asleep with me beside him. The next day, he was up at 6 am and ready for the day. Not quite so agitatd, but definitly not his usual self. He kept saying No to everything offered. Once in awhile he would say " no fish " again and look scared. Later that evening, he was scared of everything electronic. He said " No phone " when our cell phone rang. He saw the phone on the counter and put it in the cupboard. He was also scared when I picked up my MP3 player. I had to hide it away in a drawer. Luckily, he was very tired and went right to sleep last night at 8:30 and slept all night until 6:00 a.m. > > We can only imagine that the Valtrex has something to do with this. Has anyone else had similar reactions? Is it related to the Valtrex? > > > >
