Guest guest
I can't help with the ratio of omegas, but I wanted to tell you that my son and I love Barlean's Omega Swirl flax oil because it is creamy and tastes like strawberry banana. You can get it at Vitamin Shoppe, Wegmans, Whole Foods etc. Omega 3- 2620mg, 6- 760 mg, 9- 850mg. There are other flavors. > > Hi All, > I just found the Organic Flax Oil with Lignans from Trader Joe. The ingredients and info as below. > > 1 tbsp contain Omega 3 (7g), Omega 6 (2g), OmegA 9 (2.5G) > Ingredients : cold presses unrefined, organic flaxseed oil, organic milled flaxseed, organic rosemary extract, mixed tocopherols (non-hexane extracted natural vit E) to maintain freshness. > and bottle suggested 1 tbsp /daily. > > I do not know how much to give to my son or whether this product is good omega 3, 6 or 9. I remember one parent suggested to give 1.5g omega 3 to a 30-35 lbs kids...but this product seem like having a lot of omega 3. and I search for others product online, no one contain so much, usually only few hundred mg.... so I'm just very confused.
