Add some tumeric and it becomes pretty!

Leave your fruits, etc in a bit longer... 1/2 hr to 1 hr..

Thanks, Suzi. I've been taking a good bit of it lately. My dh has had a cold for a week and coughing all over me every chance he gets. Yesterday morning I awoke with a sore throat and, after yelling at him good, started a regimen of TT/Echinacea/Vit.C 4-5 times a day. I'm fine today, but will continue for a couple more days.

I added a little more ACV to the TT to make more liquid and discovered that the liquid doesn't give me heartburn like the pulp did. I'm taking the TT liquid and Echinacea tincture in apple juice (not raw, but at least organic and fresh). It's not giving me heartburn that way. I also made up another batch with fresh horseradish and a bit more ACV to start with -- it's some potent stuff! I've dated it and left it on the shelf in the basement and will use what I've already got for the time being. It's amazing how dark it becomes over time....the difference between the 3wo batch and the brand new batch is remarkable.

I'm also a dehydrating fiend! Have done apples, bananas, zucchini, and have pineapple in there now. My dh doesn't like the texture or taste of what I'm coming up with, though....it's chewy and you don't really get the taste until you've chewed a couple of times. Is that right? I told him it wouldn't be like what we buy at Whole Foods, but he's still not impressed with my efforts.

Super Tonic is the original name... Total Tonic is Dr. Shillington's name.
