The goldenseal/myrrh salve is really helping me. The herx rash was threatening to (is still threatening to) take over my whole body. I am really trying to be careful to change my vinyl gloves (which I wear full-time at home for obvious reasons, especially now, with this rash, which spreads so easily since the organisms are coming up still alive and intact to the surface) every time I touch my skin anywhere - and I keep myself covered at home too, to cut down on spreading, including wearing a head scarf over paper towels (underneath I have Gordon's F-Zymes on my scalp). My herx increased a lot when I went on the Minocycline. It is off the charts since I increased the F-Zyme capsules to two a night. Man oh man, I want these things out of me. I take vinyl gloves, clean socks, small ziplocks, this salve, and the antifungal solution

I use on my feet with me wherever I go. Every chance for privacy, I slip on some gloves, slip off and bag my contaminated socks, apply the salve and solution to my feet, put the contaminated gloves in the bag with the socks, put on clean gloves, put on clean socks, ditch the second pair of gloves, and go back to work. I'm away from my desk about 5 minutes unless someone comes into the bathroom (multi-stall) in which case I have to be careful. Kajay

Kajay, what kind of antifungal solution do you use on your feet?

I just walked into the health food store and the manager said she had an open bloody sore (she didn't claim to have a disease, just the spot). She said it wouldn't heal no matter what she did, wouldn't even stay closed up. She said this salve helps. She said I would only need one because it goes a long way. I thought about my spreading rash and bought two. Love it--paid about $6 for a one ounce (plastic) jar of it. I'm going back for more this week as I imagine I will finish these two jars up by the end of the week. I found it online for $5 but of course have to pay shipping. Don't have a clue why these two ingredients are great together, just know they

are.Kajay To: "Lyme_and_Rife " <Lyme_and_Rife > Sent: Friday, June 1, 2012 8:16 PM Subject: Re: OT herx rash - goldenseal-myrhh salve helping

I tried Myrhh Oil once but I don't remember why I stopped using it. Perhaps it

was too strong, as I am sensitive to a lot of things. I know Goldenseal is also

an anti-microbial, but it is related to ragweed (just like camomile tea), so I

can't use it. I'm glad they work for you!

Thanks Kajay,

I take evening primrose oil too, and my respiratory allergies improved

enormously when I cut out sugar, but they're not gone. I have taken goldenseal

orally and had to stop. I also have a problem with all bee products! But this

sounds like an excellent salve for most people ...
