Guest guest
thanks, CL! all feedback is welcome. what kind of rife machine do you use? don't know whether to do another rifing or not. gonna wait a little longer to see if knee pain backs off. tried an herb, angelica, sue suggested on here last night and it seemed to make a big difference in knee. glad to hear you improved! > > > i did an emem treatment on Friday and the next day my knee pain and stiffness flared up badly and continues.why do we herx from rifing when it is not supposed to leave anything to detox from?I found I did herx from rifing in the beginning and I think otherscan attest to this and may chime in here. I saw this as a positive sign thatit was working, killing off lyme and co's. Since you have been rifing for two months this makes sense to me. I found that I herxed for the first 6 months or so.I figured out with experimentation how to reduce the herxes by reducing the timeI herxed at each frequency. A balancing act. Also, exercising can produce Lyme flare ups. In the beginning of my treatmentI could not exercise without suffering from it, as I was still too weak and ill.Overtime as I got stronger I was able to do mild exercise such as adapted yoga.Hope this helps.CL
