Guest guest
First, thanks for all the input on the F-117 VS. GB4000 question I had. I decided to purchase the GB4000 mainly because the reviews seemed to be much stronger for that machine, had a much larger following, and I have talked with a few others (my LLMD & locals) that had it, and they swore by it. Did not hear too much on the F-117. And for that price, decided to go with something that seemed tried-n-true. As an FYI, I did get the the SR4 amp that I'm currently using, and also the MOPA plasma amplifier & bulb - all for roughly the same cost as the F-117. Though I've not used the plasma bulb yet, I will post my results as I use that in a couple of weeks (have to travel next week). So, with that, I've done two sessions using the 'RF' mode - mainly for Lyme. The Herx has been minimal, but then again I've been using the Coil for almost a year now, so I wouldn't expect much of a Herx as hopefully my Lyme ( & company) viral load is down pretty low. One thing came to mind though as I was sitting there experimenting. With the unit came Stainless Cylinders (2) and Stainless foot plates (2). My LLMD uses wet towels both around the neck and around the ankles. And while this seems to work okay, I was wondering, has anyone used the pads that are used for Tens units on the GB4000? I would think these would give a much better 'connection', if not too strong or concentrated. Since you wouldn't have to 'wet' the contacts, seemed it would be more convenient too, though maybe a bit more expensive. Just curious before I give them a try - just want what works best.
