Hi ,

Did you by any chance check the comments to the " Contains Mercury " post?

You will get a far different response... I also added my own on Page 2 of the

comments...

I did post there is 100 mg of elemental magnesium in 8 sprays, that comes out to

12.5 mg per spray...

And for Lymies, we need high amounts of magnesium as the Lyme bacteria consumes

it from us daily... I use 1 - 2 ounces daily, this amount can be used as long as

you don't

have any kidney disease as any excess is excreted by the kidneys...

Take care,

Jim

Otherwise, look up Dr. Hendel's Mg oil and amazon will come up. It was just one

review out of many that loved the product.

there are.   I feel that is important even if they are using it as a

" moisturizer " .

Hi ,

Not sure what your question means?

Do you mean mg's per spray of magnesium?

If so, this is pretty accurate... Keep in mind, this is not total magnesium,

this is the amount that the body will absorb and use... Total mag is higher

but not all is usable, this is common with all forms of magnesium... Mag

oil is highly absorbed by the body compared to oral forms.

The symptoms of Lyme are not only from the disease itself, but also from

the magnesium deficiency most if not all Lymies have because the Lyme

organism consumes magnesium from us daily...

And the reason we Lymies especially need to use magnesium oil vs oral magnesium

supplements as mag oil does not feed the spirochetes, oral mag does! There are a

host of other reasons, but this one alone is the reason for Lymies..

And for new members reading this, the purist magnesium oil comes from the

ancient

Zechsten sea bed in Europe, this is a 250 million year old UNDERGROUND sea bed

with

NO current day pollutants....

All Zechstein mag oil is the same no matter who sells it! Swanson by far is the

low cost

reseller of this oil and flakes.. Dr. Barbara Hendel brand is Zechstein

magnesium.

Yes Jim, I did mean milligrams/spray. I am just going to count 18mg/spray in my calculations. I read one needs 3-4mg /pound of body weight. I figure I will just double that due to the lyme. So I actually need 41 sprays. I am very small. I have found spraying 3 sprays per area tolerable. More than that the stinging becomes annoying. I will work up form there. I don't see the point in diluting if the stinging is neglegable. It is not irritating my skin at all (no redness or anything like that). Thanks again
