In what setting are you practicing? Are you referring to an

outpatient coming to your facility twice in one day, or are you

practicing in an inpatient setting, such as a SNF or IRF? If an

outpatient, is this patient in your facility for 2+ hours? The

applicable payment and billing system would determine the answer to

your question. It is absolutely essential to specify the setting and

applicable payment system in order to discern these answers.
