I feel constantly light headed and having alot of afib runs when I'm not taking my atenolol (tried to lay off it for a day because of the low blood pressure). I had severe runs last night when I went to bed and had to take atenolol. Within an hour the afib disapated. I talked to my EP's nurse and he suggested that maybe the dose is a little high and we may consider reducing it to 500 mcg per day. He had never had any patients complain about the anxiety/spacey feeling (very hard to explain) but did not rule it out. Has anyone experienced this horrible feeling?
