Guest guest
I've been on it for years, though not the last couple months. It helps somewhat, at least enough to notice a difference when I don't take it, but not enough to make it indispensable. I have to juggle what supplements have the most impact, because I can't afford to take everything that seems beneficial. I already spend a whopping fortune on supplements. And even though it isn't all that expensive, I'm taking too many rather expensive supplements that have a more significant effect on me, and I've had to drop as much non-essential things as possible. lindaj@... vinpocetine > Has anyone tried this? Guest guest
I have heard of people using this for alzheimers for the reasons Andy has stated. > > > > > > > Has anyone used Vinpocetine before. If so, what did you think? I seen it mentioned in Andy's books. > Quote: > " Many of the problems mercury causes in the brain are simply because it makes it harder for the brain to get oxygen and glucose to turn into energy. This in turn makes it harder for your brain to make the neurotransmitters it needs to function properly. Both Hydergine and Vinpocetine increase brain oxygenation and blood flow, and my generally improve your mood and brain function. I split a 5mg capsule between a 12yo and a 13yo. So each one got 2.5mg. It caused serious hyper for both of them. Dana
