(3/4 am, 1/2 m, 3/4 at night) regards Mirtha valtrex dose? My son started valtrex few days back at 500 mg/day which is divided into three doses, and my doc is planning to increase the dose to 250 mg thrice a day (total of 750 mg/day) starting next week.
