Guest guest
Another area I am lookng for some guidance is detox. A fellow local Lymie who has taken me under her wing has been very helpful. She has her a specific philosophy. She feels abx will make you feel somewhat better but is really just false security that you will notice drastically when you begin rifing and see how terrible you feel from herxes. She believes that abx's drive the bacteria into cystic form and it will reappear in time...maybe in the form of a new autoimmune disease or similar symptoms you had previously. So she thinks you stop abx and strictly rife, sauna and clear toxins. She sees a naturopath who charges $300/person weekly to clear toxins. $300 x 3 Lymies in my family is a lot of money at the end of the month. She believes we need a naturopath who is trained in NMT (neuromodulation technique) and TBM (total body modification) at the very least because these modalities speed up the process quite a bit. She also feels you need a kinesiologist to muscle test. She also likes a DO to do cranial sacral therapy. Her plan of attack has worked. She was VERY sick for a while. Then Dx'd with Lyme and co's and put on abx for 3 years. Finally she quit abx and went to purely rifing and detoxing. She is 95% finally. She said 1st year of rifing was the hardest. So I'm now trying to figure out how to add in Rifing (not ready to eliminate abx's all together) and improve detoxing. If NMT and TBM are the best and only way to detox then so be it but I haven't read anything thus far on the forum about those 2 ideas. So if not NMT and TBM, what are your best detoxing techniques to ensure the best possible health while going through bacterial die off?
