Thanks, short half life, that explains why I get the jonze. I read Jim's recent

explaination of how to use it and have a couple questions. First is i see a

huge variation in price among brands. I know you usually get what you pay for,

but it is tempting and worth asking. Also, why distilled water, I imagine this

might be the same answer as the first question. Last, would it be good to apply

for the twenty or so minutes and then take a hot bath or sauna? As it is good

for detox and epsom salts are used this way, Thanks everyone!
