Clarification of Group CPT code 97050 billing

HELP!

I need clarification:

If I have a patient in a LE strengthening GROUP (97150) of 4 people at 11:00

am and then I see the patient for individualized therapy with exercise

(97110) or neuro-rehab (97112) at 1:00 pm and there is separate

documentation to support both, can I not bill both procedures on the same

day using modifier 59 to clarify they are separate and distinct procedures

on the same day?
