Lynn, I will go get me some tomorrow. I hope this works. If I can keep my

mouth shut from eating and from having foot and mouth disease, I would have

far less problems. Maybe just one miracle at the time. Thanks, ----

Not selling this stuff, but I feel like it, since I've " plugged it " several

times since joining this list. I am taking something called gymnema

sylvestre, an herb that I got at the health food store. I was told that just

one capsule a day helps stave off those cravings for sweets. I stopped

sugar

and all sweets (except for a small amount of fruit) COLD TURKEY, on the same

day I started the gymnema, and I haven't had any cravings. Can't say for

certain that it's the gymnema, but it's pretty coincidental, if it's not.

You might wanna give it a try. Has anyone else used this and had this

result???

Lynn

Are you on cortisol? I noticed mine when away a lot when I started

that. Now I seem to crave protein.

Three weeks+/- ago I started on 2 Isocort & 2 Lugol's drops/day (same

day). Two days after that I started adding in 2 thyroid glandulars.

I've worked my way up to 8 Isocort pills/day, 8 drops Lugols/day & 5

thyroid glandulars/day. Is that similar to what you do? Sounds like it

from your questions today :).

When I added the Lugol's, I increased by 2 drops every five days,

until I reached 8. So maybe I never noticed a return of the carb

craves because I kept upping? But I don't have them on my current

regine.

My carb cravings went away when I started on the right

dose of Progesterone. Totally went away, and it had

been a maniac, awful craving, too. Gained 100 lbs.

Now I've started craving protein in the last few

weeks, and am on HC since Sept. 2. Went in for a

ferratin check last Tuesday and found out Im extremely

anemic. Might explain the protein cravings!

Thanks for this, ... Since I'm not getting " bioidentical "

cortisol or T4 and potentially T3, I suspect that I'm simply

supporting my glands with " nutrients " and that the iodine is doing the

lion's share of the work...

I'll be interested to see if there is a substantial difference if I

started Armour and cortef... Maybe I should get some lab work done

first! If the OTC glandulars are helping, I could be in relatively

good shape... although I have to say that my sex drive is practically

non-existent, even though other things are improving.
